WV Lume Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with WV Lume. We want you to love your glow, but if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

Timeframe: You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

Hygiene Note: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used for health and hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or via Any Bank.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective (e.g., a broken seal on your Avocado Bubble Mask), please contact us immediately at +971504541256 with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item was damaged/defective).
5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items or products purchased during a promotion.
